Around a month ago I was fitting off a kidney stone…like the kidney stones of all kidney stones. That bish had be down for over a week, in pain, vomiting, and an inability to sleep. And then, in swooped my bestfriend with a mug of gold magic (it’s also called ‘golden milk’), I mean tumeric milk.

To be honest it was so tasty I didn’t really care what health benefits were; until a few hours after finishing the cup I was able to comfortably drift off to sleep.

• 2 Cups of Coconut Milk (almond milk or cashew milk)
• 1 tsp ground tumeric
• pinch of black pepper
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1-2 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Pour into a cup and enjoy.
