Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

Yes, you read that right. A drinkable PB&J!

With my many bouts of stomach issues, I’ve created some pretty amazing smoothie creations. Not only is this recipe high in protein and antioxidants, but it’s delicious AF.

Recipe

2 Frozen Bananas
1/2 Pint of Fresh Berries (Blackberries are my fav)
2 Heaping Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Cups of Milk (You can use whatever kind of milk you prefer; almond, flax, etc.)

Add all ingredients in the blender or Ninja and blend to the consistency you prefer. ENJOY!
