Why You Should Add Mint Tea To Your Daily Routine

I’m obsessed with tea. I started adding mint tea into my hot tea flavor rotation and I noticed a positive changed. The results and calmness internally, motivated me to start doing research about the benefits of mint and/or mint tea.

The general health benefits of fresh mint include: reduction of indigestion, improved brain function, and decreases breastfeeding pain.

When you steep mint the health benefits increase ten-fold. Mint or peppermint tea increases bile secretion and encourages bile flow, which helps to speed and east digestions. Peppermint is also thought to relieve pain and discomfort from gas and bloating.

After drinking mint tea every morning for a week, I began noticing a relief in my nausea and over all clarity. Mint tea is naturally caffeine free; so if you’re sensitive to caffeine then no worries; you can enjoy a relaxing cup of mint tea anytime throughout the day.
